Gluten Free Chocolate Pie Crust - Live Cooking Show Gluten Free Diet Recipe Vegan

THIS CAN BE MADE VEGAN AS WELL Amazon Product Link: www.amazon.com Chocolate Pie When making the chocolate pie, use a 9" pie pan and double the recipe for the chocolate pudding filling listed below. You can top with lots of whip cream if tolerated. INGREDIENTS 1 package of Inspiration Mixes Pie Crust Mix Chocolate Pudding Filling from Lovers Cookbook by Bruce Fife, ND 3 TBL unsweetened cocoa 1/3 cup sugar Dash of salt 3 TBL water 1 can 14 ounces organic coconut milk or cream 2 TBL cornstarch or arrowroot 1 tsp vanilla INSTRUCTIONS Mix cocoa, sugar and salt in a saucepan, stir in water and cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils. Stir constantly and boil for about 2 minutes. Mix coconut milk and cornstarch together using a wire whisk until blended. Pour into hot mixture stirring constantly. Continue to cook until mixture thickens, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and blend in vanilla. Pour into cups and refrigerate. When making a pie.
