Ven vs. Vanitas' Lingering Sentiment (No Tornado)
---------- Information And Boss Guide In Description---------- Everywhere I go, I see people abusing Tornado just for the Void Gear. Vanitas can be beaten, regardless of whether or not you use Tornado. He just gets a hell of a lot easier IF you use Tornado. Equipment, Deck: Keyblade ~ Ultima Weapon Deck :- Vanish Mine Square Zero Graviga Mine Square Vanish Hi-Potion Hi-Potion Hi-Potion I was level 74 for this fight. I've gone through it over and over. The whole Shadow Clone (BAD JOKE *coughs*) thing he does can be stopped in 2 ways: a) use Thunderstorm (ShotLock) to escape, OR b) attack him JUST before he starts the attack Either way, make sure you've always got Mines set up. Reason being, if he starts to use Sonic Blade (the blue charge) or if he does Shadow Dash (the black images move), just move towards the center of your Mines, then dodge his attack. He'll get damaged and you won't. Also, if he uses his ShotLock (Dark Link ie the blue laser), using Vanish is a good idea. From then on, if he uses his Shadow Clones, they'll fly in front of him and attack, without even looking for you. Use the second Vanish after, say, 10 seconds into the first one. Heck, even when he uses the X-Blade move, he still can't find you. Oh. This is the first secret boss battle I finished without touching Critical Health. The 100 Meter Run - used to motivate and measure
As older adults get fit, if they get a real charge out of running faster, then they can use running to help motivate and measure their level of fitness. So regular indoor exercise can become more enjoyable if they use it to help improve their outdoor running times. They need to begin by listening to their doctor &/or a fitness instructor. They may need a special program before attempting to run. In my case, I had weak knees, so it took 5 years of gradual improvement (combining diet and fairly brief pain free exercise) before I was able to run reasonably well. My extra weight slowed my improvement. But it was a major boost to discover that I can now run far better than I could 25 years ago. So, especially for those of us who are getting older, running can become an important part of a program which helps improve our health and well being. Running can also be an enjoyable way to measure our fitness. As we set goals, it is nice to be aware of how others do. Elite runners can do 100 meters in about 9.6 seconds. Also, at the Edmonton 2005 World Masters Games, Men in the under 65 years age group ran the 100 meter dash in about 13 seconds, men under 75 years ran it in about 15 seconds, and men under 85 in about 20 seconds.

Paleo Friendly Flavored Coffee Creamer Recipe
