Have some yummy recipes for you guys today! -------------- Mushroom Cream Sauce 400 g sliced mushrooms 4 laughing cow light cheese wedges (garlic and herb or plain swiss) 2 c veggie broth Garlic and Onion Mrs Dash (or your favorite seasonings) Start mushrooms simmering in broth and seasonings, when halfway done, add cheese and break it up with spoon. Simmer until cheese has completely melted/blended in and mushrooms are tender. Makes 4 servings. -------------- Chocolate Thumbprints ¼ cup sifted coconut flour ¼ cup melted coconut oil 1/3 cup cocoa powder 3 eggs 6 packets Stevia 1/2 tsp xanthan gum ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp vanilla Any flavor Simply Fruit Spread - I used orange Mix dry ingredients, and then add wet. Blend well. I use my hands to mix this dough because it is very thick. Roll out small balls of dough, place them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Press each cookie down a little with the palm of your hand and then press your thumb into the center to create a dent. Fill the dent with the Simply Fruit. Continue with the rest of the cookies. Bake at 350 for 13 minutes. ------------------ Garlic-Ginger Teriyaki Stirfry: I honestly didn't measure the ingredients for the marinade, but here's what I put into it: Braggs Amino Acids (or soy sauce), rice vinegar, a dash of worcestershire sauce, finely diced garlic, grated ginger, Stevia.
