One medium sized zucchini usually yields enough for 1 serving/one person. Alfredo Sauce: serves 2 ppl 1 1/2 cups of cashew soaked for 4-6 hours 3/4 cup water 1 heaping tbs white miso small handful of fresh basil 1/2 red pepper 1 tsp celtic sea salt 1 clove of garlic 1 tbs lemon juice blend in high speed blender and pour over noodles of choice! Toss together- To warm up, place in dehydrator for 30 min or in the oven on the lowest setting for 10-15 min. Simple Dressing for a Massive Green Salad: 3 sun dried tomatoes 1/2 red pepper 1/2 avocado blend together and add a dash of olive oil and salt, and a little water if needed juice 3 limes 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup of oilve oil shake together Gauranga Vegetables- one of my favorite wintertime raw dishes!
