Teriyaki Salmon - Recipes from around the world

This is quite simply fantastic - and quick and easy to do. Ingredients: 450g Salmon fillet, skinned 6 tbsp Japanese teriyaki sauce 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tbsp tomato paste dash of Tabasco sauce grated zest of 1/2 a lemon 4 tbsp groundnut oil 1 large carrot, peeled and cut into matchsticks 125g mangetout 125g oyster mushrooms
