NAPA CHICKEN SOUP

Looking for something hot on a cold day? P2 Friendly? Low Carb too! Try this ONLY if you mix veggies & use coconut/mct oil. NAPA CHICKEN SOUP 1 Tbsp MCT or Coconut Oil 2 Tbsp chopped Onions 1 Cup Napa Cabbage chopped 5 Brussel Sprouts halved/quartered 1 Stalk Celery sliced 100 grams diced chicken 1 tsp minced garlic 1/2 cup Boiling water UNSALTED Chicken stock/broth 1 or 1/2 cup 2 squirt Braggs Aminos 1 tsp Garlic Powder 1 tsp Onion Powder 1 tsp Basil 2 Bay Leaves 1/8 tsp Rosemary 1/4 tsp Thyme 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb 1/4 Tsp Mrs Dash Lemon Pepper 1/2 tsp Parsley or Cilantro 1/4 tsp SALT 1/4 tsp or less of Tony's seasoning Brown your onions in the Mct oil. Add garlic and sear for 1 minute. Add your chicken (if uncooked, cook for 3 minutes). Spray with braggs aminos. Add your celery, chicken broth, & brussel sprouts now. Stir good. Add boiling water & seasonings. Set timer for 30 minutes. Lower your heat to low-medium. Check every 10 minutes and add 1/4 cup of boiling water as needed. I add my salt & Tony's at the end after I do a taste test--- IF needed. Bon APPETITE!
