Update since yesterday I had a 2 lb loss...I miss the 170's :) Here is the recipe for the Mole sauce if you're interested. Erica's P2 Friendly Chicken Mole sauce recipe 2 cups water 2 heaping tablespoons of Hershey's unsweet chocolate powder 1 heaping tablespoon of organic tomato paste 1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion 2 tablespoons of chili powder 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder 1 tablespoon of dried cilantro leaves dash of salt Fry onion and garlic in a few spoons of water in a 2 quart saucepan until transparent. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Cook until boiled stirring constantly and remove from heat. Serve over boiled chicken breast.
